Our custom gift baskets offer a way to create a unique gift for any occasion. These baskets are completely customizable based on your preferences. This basket is perfect for a housewarming gift, as a thank you, congratulations, or sympathy.
Pricing and Customization: These baskets can be ordered online or in store. Customization options are limited to items sold within the Cassidy Mercantile/Flower Co. stores ONLY. If ordering online, please call us at (417) 350-5835 or email us at cassidyflowerco@gmail.com to go over which items you would like in your basket. Items chosen WILL determine the price of your basket and when purchased online items will be limited to the amount spent.

Deliveries: We are happy to provide local delivery within a 15 mile radius of our shop for a small fee. At checkout we allow you to choose a delivery date and REQUEST a delivery time. Delivery TIME selected is only a request, not an absolute, as it is impossible for us to guarantee an exact time of delivery due to the nature of our business. Delivery time is guaranteed between 12-4pm unless otherwise noted. IF RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME, the recipient will be notified of attempted delivery and IF WEATHER FORECAST PERMITS, the gift basket will be left in a safe spot outside the home. Person will be notified of the location of the delivery. IF WEATHER DOES NOT PERMIT the gift basket being left outside, recipient will be notified of attempted delivery and the basket will be brought back to our shop and available for pickup. WE WILL NOT DELIVER TWICE. We are not responsible for the recipient not being available to receive the arrangement at the time of delivery. If delivery is attempted to a workplace and the recipient is not available to receive at the time of delivery, arrangement may be left with the front desk or a coworker in close proximity. If delivery is attempted to a workplace and it is closed, recipient will be contacted and notified that the arrangement will be available for pickup at our store. For hospital deliveries and apartment deliveries, we MUST know the room number or apartment number. If recipient lives in a gated community and gate code is not provided, we will attempt to contact them for the gate code but not wait for more than 3 minutes after attempted contact. If they do not respond with the code, we will let them know the arrangement will be available for pickup at our shop.
