Refund policy

Return Policy:

At Cassidy Station, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that an item doesn't meet your expectations, we gladly accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 60 days of the original purchase date, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  2. The original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned item.
  3. All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Please note:

  • All discounted or sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@cassidystation.com to receive further instructions. Once your return is approved, please securely package the item(s) and send them back to us using a traceable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) meeting the specified conditions, we will issue store credit for the returned merchandise. This store credit can be used towards future purchases at Cassidy Mercantile.

Please allow 7 business days for processing returns once they are received.

Exchanges

For an exchange, please follow the same process listed above for returns. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) meeting the specified conditions, we will process the exchange. You'll receive store credit for the value of the returned merchandise, which can be used towards selecting the desired item(s) for exchange at Cassidy Mercantile.

Any price differences between the exchanged items will be handled by payment of the price difference via invoice.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
